A note on digital products
Our products are instant digital downloads, so there is nothing to ship back. Digital items are normally non-refundable once delivered, but we choose to offer this 30-day guarantee because we genuinely stand behind our tools and want you to try them risk-free.

How to request a refund
Email us at groundedlittles@gmail.com within 30 days of your purchase, using the email address you used at checkout. We'll let you know once we've reviewed your request, and if it's approved, we'll refund your payment to your original payment method — usually within 5–10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund.

Trouble with your download?
If you have any problem accessing or downloading your files, please contact us right away at groundedlittles@gmail.com. In most cases we can fix it quickly so you get everything you paid for — and if we can't, we'll refund you.

EU / UK customers
If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days. Please note that for digital content delivered immediately, this right may not apply once the download has begun.
